GEDA 特别经济开发区输变电项目复合绝缘子采购项目需要，我司拟采用询比价采购方式进行下列货物的批量采购，请按以下要求于 2024 年 05 月 16 日 15 时

二、付款方式：
1、预付款：合同签订后，卖方提供合同总价的 10%预付款保函及 10%履约保函后，买方在 15 个工作日内卖方支付合同总价的 10%预付款。
2、交货付款：货物经买方出厂初步验收合格后，卖方将货物送到买方指定交货地点，货物报关发运后，买方以
3、质保金：合同金额的 10％作为质保金，在质保期满后经使用方确认后支付合同总价 10%的货款。
三、报价要求：
1、含到天津港或上海港的车板交货价、含 13%全额增值税专用发票、包装费、国内运输费、保险费、商检费等。
2、设备质保期：质保期自货物到达国内指定港口交货后 18 个月。

3、请注明报价有效期。
4、上传报价时请提供 PDF 版和可编辑版。
5、报价时提供详细技术参数。
6、本批次采购交货地点分为天津港或上海港。

六、包装要求：
6.1 货物的包装要符合国际海（陆）运输要求和我方货运代理的具体要求；若因包装原因造成的损失均由供方负责。
6.2 外包装箱上严格按合同上的唛头标记填写合同号、发货单位、外形尺寸等信息。
七、投标人资格要求
投标人必须满足以下全部资格要求：
1、投标人必须是生产制造厂家，是在中国境内/外注册的企业法人，具有有效期内的 ISO9001 质量管理体系认证证书以及环境、职业健康认证证书，提供五年内两项类似产品不少于 5 万的合同证明材料。
2、投标人是增值税一般纳税人，能开具增值税专用发票。
3、投标人财务状况良好，近三年没有处于被责令停业，财产被接管、冻结、破产状态。
